These terms govern your use of southpawjunk.com and your requests for services from Southpaw Junk Removal ("we," "us"). By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to them.

Quotes and estimates

• Quotes provided through the website, by text, or by phone are good-faith estimates based on the information and photos you provide.
• Final pricing is confirmed on site before work begins. If the job differs materially from what was described (more volume, different items, access issues), we'll tell you the updated price before we lift anything — you're free to decline at no charge.
• Submitting a quote request does not create a booking or obligate either of us until we confirm a price and appointment.

Communications

When you submit a quote request or text us, you agree that we may call, text, or email you at the contact information you provided for the purpose of responding to your request and coordinating service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Services

• We remove items you identify and direct us to remove. Please make sure anything you point us at is actually yours to dispose of — we're not responsible for items removed at your direction.
• We cannot accept hazardous materials (e.g., wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, fuels, oils) or other items prohibited by law. We'll tell you if something's on the no-go list.
• Where practical, we donate or recycle items before landfill disposal, but we can't guarantee any particular item will be donated or recycled.

Website use

• The content, branding, and artwork on this site belong to Southpaw Junk Removal. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.
• Don't use the site or quote form to send spam, malicious content, or false information.
• The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of this website or any quote request is limited to the amount you paid us for the service at issue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or any rights you have under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be resolved in the state courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here with its date.
